11.10.100 Enforcement – Impound of Vehicles Without Prior Notice.

It is unlawful and a violation of this chapter to park a vehicle in a tow-away zone without having applied for and/or received a permit or pass as set forth herein. A vehicle may be impounded with or without citation and without giving prior notice to its owner when the vehicle is illegally parked in a tow-away zone as established by this chapter.
