No permit shall be issued until the permittee has filed with the City a certificate of commercial general liability insurance as required by the City of Snohomish Engineering Design and Construction Standards Section 1-0 and WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction Section 1-07.18, as such provisions now read, or are hereafter amended, including the City as a named insured, and stating that the City will receive a minimum of a forty-five (45) days’ notice prior to any insurance policy changes or cancellation.
