Every permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire by limitation and become null and void if the work authorized by such permit is not completed within sixty days of the date of issuance. Before such work can be recommenced, a new permit shall be first obtained to do so and a new fee paid therefor. (Ord. 1322, 1976)
