Pursuant to Section 307 of 2ESSB 5987, the City assumes and agrees to provide for the payment of all of the indebtedness of the Snohomish Transportation Benefit District, including the payment and retirement of outstanding general obligation and revenue bonds (if any) issued by the Snohomish Transportation Benefit District.
