13.04.020 Exercise of Police Power.

This chapter is an exercise of the police power of the state of Washington and the City of Snohomish for the public peace, health, safety, and welfare, and this provision shall be liberally construed.
A. A violation of a park regulation adopted pursuant to this section shall be deemed a civil infraction punishable as provided in this chapter.
B. All agreements between the City and private owners of open space and public access lands for the adoption of regulations shall authorize entry upon the land by police officers and other City employees to enforce such regulations. (Ord. 1387, 1978; Ord. 2132, 2007)
