It shall be unlawful to sell, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages of any kind in the City parks. Possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be grounds for loss of the right to use the parks in addition to the penalties otherwise imposed. (Ord. 1387, 1978; Ord. 1479, 1981)
