City parks are open to the public year-round from 6:00 a.m. to dusk every day except for: any section or part of any park may be declared closed to the public under City of Snohomish authorization at any time and for any interval of time necessary to complete maintenance tasks, construction projects, storm cleanup, and any safety related issues that may arise.
