Proposals subject to design review require a design review determination from the Planning Director. The design review process shall be consistent with the process discussed in Chapter 14.225 or 14.230 SMC, as applicable. The Planning Director shall not approve the permit unless he or she finds that the proposal is consistent with the applicable design standards. (Ord. 2338, 2017)
