Where a lot is devoted to a multifamily residential use involving more than one separate building, such lot shall not be divided except when each proposed division complies with the requirements as to minimum lot area, setback, parking, and other conditions required for the land use designation in which such lot is located, except as provided for unit lot subdivisions in SMC 14.215.125.
