Contiguous lots, owned by the same person, may be used to satisfy the requirements of the respective zoning district, if the property owner is willing to consolidate the lots to reflect the single use of the land under the provisions of a boundary line adjustment or recorded covenant. Proposed structures shall be consistent with setback regulations from all property lines, including internal property lines. (Ord. 2456, 2022)
