Every lot in a residential zoning district shall either adjoin a public street or have access to a public street by a private corridor. Such corridors shall be permanently committed as access for the lot(s) by recorded document. Private corridors shall meet the dimensions set forth in the table below. Maximum development potential shall be defined by the minimum lot size and density of the respective zoning district.
