14.212.880 Standards Specific to the Civic Zone.

Intent: To ensure that development of civic and other community uses are consistent with and further the overall vision for the Pilchuck District.
A. Development in the Civic zone shall be subject to the design standards of the Center zone, with the exception of single-story structures adjacent to and serving the Centennial Trail, which shall be the design standards for the Single-Family zone. (Ord. 2451, 2022)
