The building and site use regulations are intended to implement the Pilchuck District policies of the Comprehensive Plan for compatibility between land uses, certainty for property owners, and a dynamic, pedestrian-oriented public realm. As provided in SMC 14.212.110, this chapter regulates land development and use through form-based standards.
