Lighting of outdoor facilities within the shoreline environment shall be designed and configured to avoid light spill into regulated critical areas and their buffers or onto adjacent properties. Where light spill cannot be avoided, such lighting shall be the minimum necessary to achieve the intended purpose. (Ord. 2336, 2018)
