Zoning district boundaries are the centerlines of streets, public alleys, parkways, or railroad right-of-way lines, or waterways unless other established points, lines or features are referenced. In the case of creeks and streams, the boundary line is the ordinary mean high water mark. (Ord. 2429, 2021; Ord. 2439, 2022)
