Upon installation of the water meter service to the applicant’s property, the City shall commence billing water and stormwater service according to the rates established by ordinance or resolution. Charges for sanitary sewer service shall commence upon issuance of a final or conditional certificate of occupancy. (Ord. 2138, 2007)
