15.06.010 Septic tank permits.

No building, or other City permit, will be issued for a building which is not served by public sewer connection or by a septic tank type sewer system, approved by the Snohomish Health District. The Snohomish Health District shall issue permits and conduct inspections for septic tank type systems within the City of Snohomish. (Ord. 1602, 1987)
