In the event of any cross-connection incident, where the purveyor’s water system has been or may be contaminated, the Cross-Connection Control Specialist and the local administrative authority shall be notified immediately. Failing to notify an incident has occurred shall subject the property owner, user/consumer to the provisions of Section 15.10.130, Failure to Comply. All costs incurred enforcing this provision shall be borne by the person(s) that caused the cross-connection to occur.
