After the hearing, the City Council shall by motion approve, disapprove, or modify the recommended reimbursement charge and area. The motion approving or modifying the recommended reimbursement charge and area shall also authorize the Mayor to sign and execute the latecomer reimbursement agreement, including any amendment to or modifications of the agreement necessary to reflect the Council’s decision. The City Council decision by motion shall be the final action of the City on the reimbursement charge and area. (Ord. 2341, 2017)
