A. The majority of all committee members must live within the City limits.

B. Individual committees may establish exceptions to residency requirements, depending on the particular needs of the body. Exceptions shall be defined upon creation of said committee, and may be modified as needed. (Ord. 1825, 1997; Ord. 2409, 2021; Ord. 2469, 2023)
