2.06.035 Exceptions to the Residency Requirements.

A. Members of the Planning Commission and the Parks and Recreation Board must live within the City’s urban growth boundary as defined by the most current adopted Community Development Plan Map.
B. Membership on the Design Review Board, because of the expertise required to perform the duties of the Board, shall be limited to those with an interest in the City as a result of either living, working, owning property or business, and/or belonging to one (1) of the City’s civic organizations.
