A. Rules. The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee shall hold at least one meeting annually (as part of the City’s regular biennial budget adoption and/or amendment process) or at the call of the City Council. Three or more members shall constitute a quorum. Action taken by the quorum shall be deemed and taken as action by the Committee.

B. Officers. The City Councilmember appointed to the Committee shall serve as the Chair for their two-year appointment.

C. No member of the Committee shall participate in discussion or vote on any matter involving any client they are serving or any business for which they are owner, corporate officer, or employee. (Ord. 2479, 2024)
