A Deputy City Treasurer may be appointed by the Mayor, with confirmation by the City Council. In the absence of the City Treasurer, the Deputy shall have all of the powers, duties and authority of the City Treasurer. (Ord. 1873, 1998; Ord. 2339, 2017)
