It shall be the duty of the City Attorney to prepare all ordinances as well as all conveyances, contracts, and bonds to which the City may be a party; to prepare all notices which the law or ordinances require the city to make and publish; to attend all regular and special meetings of the City Council and do and perform all such other duties as are required of him by the ordinances of the City and the laws of the State of Washington.
