2.40.030 Individual Faithful Performance Bonds.

Should blanket bond coverage not be available through the Washington Cities Insurance Authority, the Mayor, City Administrator, the City Attorney, the City Clerk, the City Treasurer, and Deputy City Treasurer, the Chief of Police and the Utility Clerk, before entering upon the discharge of their official duties, shall enter into an individual faithful performance bond with a surety approved by the City Council in the following amounts:
