The current edition of the Snohomish County Hazard Mitigation Plan (SCHMP) as approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and adopted by the Snohomish City Council, is adopted and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth in this Chapter, as now or hereafter amended.
