The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requires that municipalities adopt a disaster debris management plan. As an emergency management partner with Snohomish County, the City of Snohomish utilizes the current edition of the Snohomish County Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Division, Disaster Debris Management Plan (DDMP). The current edition of the Snohomish County Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Division, Disaster Debris Management Plan (DDMP) is adopted and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth in this Chapter, as now or hereafter amended.
