The City of Snohomish hereby adopts and incorporates by reference RCW 38.52.180 “Liability for property damage, bodily injury, death—Immunity—Assumption by state—Indemnification—Immunity from liability for covered volunteers,” as though fully set forth in this Chapter, as now or hereafter amended.
