Pursuant to Chapter 35A.34 RCW, beginning with the biennium starting January 1, 2019, and/or all subsequent bienniums there shall be one (1) budget covering a two (2) year period for the City of Snohomish. The 2019-2020 biennial budget and all subsequent budgets shall be prepared, considered, and adopted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 35A.34 RCW. (Ord. 2349, 2018)
