It shall be unlawful for any solicitor or canvasser as defined in SMC 5.36.020 to engage in such business within the corporate limits of the City of Snohomish without first obtaining a license in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 952, 1964; Ord. 2447, 2022)
