As used in this chapter, the term “fireworks”, “display fireworks”, and “consumer fireworks” shall have the same meaning and be defined in Chapter 70.77 RCW, as amended by Chapter 370, Laws of 2002. (Ord. 1622, 1987; Ord. 2007, 2002)
