5.54.050 Issuance of Permit--Non-transferable.

Upon approval by the City Council or its designee of the fireworks permit, the City Clerk shall issue the same to the applicant. The permit shall be for a term of one year. No permit shall be transferable without express approval by the City Council or its designee. (Ord. 2091, 2005)
