Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, association or other group violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, The fireworks permit of any violator shall be revoked.
