Any person, firm, or corporation convicted of a violation of this Chapter except sections 7.04.070 C 1, 7.04.070 C2, 7.04.070 C4 or 7.04.070 C16, shall be guilty of a civil infraction and punished by a fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars. Any person, firm or corporation convicted of a violation of sections 7.04.070 C1, 7.04.070 C2, 7.04.070 C4 or 7.04.070 C16 of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine not to exceed $500 and or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day of operation in violation hereof shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1915, 1999)
