8.20.140 Depositing Commercial and Non-commercial Handbills on Uninhabited or Vacant Property.

No person shall throw or deposit any commercial or non-commercial handbill in or upon any private residence or other private property which are temporarily or continuously uninhabited or vacant. (Ord. 1228, 1974)
