Statutes of the state of Washington specified in this title are adopted by reference as and for a portion of the criminal code of the City of Snohomish as if set forth in full, with the exception of the penalty provisions thereof which are superseded by the penalty provisions of this title as set forth in Section 9.04.050 of this chapter.
