A person shall be guilty of criminal contempt by willfully committing one or more of the following acts:

A. Disorderly, contemptuous, or insolent behavior committed during the sitting of the Snohomish City Council, in its immediate view and presence and directly tending to interrupt its proceedings; or

B. Breach of the peace, noise, or other disturbance directly tending to interrupt the proceedings of the Snohomish City Council.

Criminal contempt is a gross misdemeanor. (Ord. 1763, 1994)
