It is unlawful for any person, except an authorized employee or agent of the City or an authorized volunteer, to remove, destroy, mutilate, or deface any park property, structure, facility, or station. This prohibition applies to all aspects of the natural or landscaped environment and to any structure, object, equipment, improvement, or other park property. (Ord. 2132, 2007)
