14.30.010 Establishment of Zoning Districts.
In order to implement the comprehensive plan, to provide for protection of property and to preserve the health, safety and welfare of the community, the City is divided into the following zoning districts:
•SFR: Single-family residential, six dwelling units per acre maximum
•LDR: Low density multifamily residential, 12 dwelling units per acre maximum
•MDR: Medium density multifamily residential, 18 dwelling units per acre maximum
•HDR: High density multifamily residential, 24 dwelling units per acre
•C: Commercial
•HBD: Historic Business District
•PIL: Pilchuck District
