In addition to any criminal or civil action authorized under this title, any person failing to comply with any provision of this title shall be subject to the civil remedies set forth in other applicable city ordinances or duly adopted codes, as they now read or are hereinafter amended, including, but not limited to, the Uniform Plumbing Code.
