The current edition of the Snohomish County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (SC-CEMP) as promulgated by the Snohomish County Department of Emergency Management and adopted by the Snohomish County Council, is adopted and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth in this Chapter, as now or hereafter amended.
