A. Property bought or received in pledge by any dealer shall not be removed from that place of business, except when redeemed by the bearer or a pawn ticket within fifteen (15) days after the receipt of the property.

B. Property purchased, traded, bartered, consigned, or otherwise received from another dealer may be sold, traded, bartered, consigned, or removed from the place of business at any time. (Ord. 1678, 1989)
