In the event any water user refuses access to premises for inspection by the Cross-Connection Control Specialist, or fails to comply with any requirements of this chapter, the City may at its sole discretion require the user/consumer to immediately install premise isolation, terminate the water service, and the user/consumer may be cited with a misdemeanor infraction pursuant to Snohomish Municipal Code Title 19, Building and Construction Codes.
