No person shall discharge display fireworks as defined at any place in the City except as authorized by state license and local permit for a public display of fireworks as defined by Chapter 70.77 RCW as amended by Chapter 370, Laws of 2002. (Ord. 1622, 1987; Ord. 2007, 2002)
